COFFEE
Some donations will be used to fund the first batch of Grade 1 coffee. The majority of the profits from our coffee will go toward our other initiatives. The remainder, in the beginning, will go toward standardizing our 4 iconic, year-round blends.

One of our Board Members, Megan Shields, is a Certified Q Arabica Coffee Grader. She will be sampling various green coffee beans from different regions to ensure only the best profiles are provided within our blends.

We will have 4 standard coffee blends, the Grizzly, Sun, Polar and Black Bear Blends. You can expect surprise blends and holiday blends on special occasions! Every blend of coffee we sell will be Grade 1, which means it is top quality.

Why coffee?

Coffee allows our organization to provide a top tier product that many Americans love while being able to have sustainable recurring donations. It's a win, win!
This idea was conceptualized by Jessica Berry, the Founder, because while she was passionate about bears - it was also apparent that many other people weren't as enthusiastic. But, she share the love coffee with a better proportion of people. Thus, the premise of Bear Grounds Coffee Co. was idealized!
Step One
We will debut our first blend of coffee which will be the 'Polar Blend'. The coffee will then be roasted and ground by a professional facility. Most likely, it will be produced in Salt Lake City, Utah and shipped internationally from there.

Step Four
The coffee is loved, we provide specialty seasonal coffee blends.
Step Five
Bear Grounds Coffee Co. can open it's first coffee shop, reminiscent of early America before colonization.
Step Six
Bear Grounds Coffee Co. has maximum 10 coffee shops in the style of early American log cabins, providing colonial American pastries and of course - bear claws. The interior is cozy, a blizzard seems to whizz outside. The leather seats and wooden tables invite you to enjoy your favorite cup of top grade coffee. Life is good.
